Siena Duomo is located in the historic center of Siena, in the magnificent Piazza del Duomo.

How to reach it:

By bus: Several city buses stop near Piazza del Duomo (check local TIEMME bus lines).

On foot: The Duomo is easily reachable by walking from most central locations in Siena.

Opening hours

Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta: Monday to Saturday, from 10:30am to 5:00pm

Piccolomini Library: Every day, from 10:00am to 5:30pm (last entrance at 5:00pm)

Baptistry of San Giovanni: Every day, from 11:00am to 5:00pm

Museum of the Opera del Duomo: Every day, from 10:00am to 6:00pm (last entrance at 5:30pm)

Crypt: Monday to Saturday, from 10:30am to 5:00pm
